CURRICULUM BASED CLASSES

Gwynne has designed curricula for varying age groups and skill levels to further technical training within the contemporary field while also introducing students to important modern dance movements. She touches on techniques ranging from Limon, Humphrey, Dunham, and Cunningham, to movements in modern and postmodern dance and performance including those of Avant Garde, Judson Dance Theater, and specific artists including Yvonne Rainer, Simone Forti, etc. These classes can be offered on a weekly or twice weekly basis over the course of several months.

Specializing in contemporary and modern dance styles; Gwynne offers a range of workshops, which can be customized based on what your students require. From historically- based technique intensive, to creative classes and workshops engaging students in improvisational tasks and choreographic processes for their own creative development, workshops can be designed specifically for your studio/organization. These workshops can be offered as a block of intensive classes over the course of several days, or as a one day workshop over the course of several hours.
